# Product price list

Default prices for products on offer can be defined in the price list module. The pricelists option is available after logging in and selecting pricelist from the user menu.

In the price list, 3 separate price classes (A, B and C) can be defined. Each class can refer to specific customer groups (e.g. wholesale prices, retail prices, special prices ?)

# Edit price list

To edit the price list, insert the price (1) for the selected items and select Save.

# Edit price list in Excel

The price list can be exported to an Excel file. Once the prices have not been lifted in the Excel file, the file can be re-imported into the system.

To export the pricelist file to Excel, select the export data action. The price list file will be automatically downloaded by the web browser.

To import a pricelist file from Excel, select the Excel file from the disk (it must be in the same format as the exported file) using the Select file button and then select the Import button. The prices in the currently selected price class (A, B, C ) will be overwritten.

The currency of the prices in the price list corresponds to the currency in the user account settings.
