Company settings
The company settings option applies to all subscription users of a particular company. Only the master account has access to these settings. The option is available by selecting Company Settings from the menu after clicking on the account name.

Company details
The current company details for the invoice are displayed. The button Data is out of date is used to report changes to the company name or address.

Settings for all company users

Company logo on offer.
You can include a logo which will be printed on the offer. The size of the logo should be approximately (480 px x 80 px). File format JPEG or PNG

Text of the offer footer
Content of the communiqué that will print on the offer in the footer.

Do not print the company stamp on the offer.
The seller's company name in the top corner will not be printed when this option is activated

Watermark on offer
Determines whether the offer will have a watermark printed, the text of which is entered in field **Watermark text on offer

Columns on offer
For all printouts, you can set which columns should be printed.

Price list
If the option Share price list from main account with other company users is enabled, prices for all company users are prompted from the central price list set up using the main account

QR codes on offer
This option allows the insertion of 3 links to :
- Product catalogue
- Accessories catalogue
- Assembly instructions
Once the URL links to the documents have been set, QR codes will be printed on the offer, which, when scanned, will lead to this location/
