# User account settings

To change your account settings , click on your own email address in the orange box in the menu

and select account.

After changing the settings, select the Change button.

Company name - name of the company as the merchant when the offer is printed
Name - name of salesperson who produces offers
Name - surname of the merchant who draws up the offers
Contact - contact to the person drawing up the offer (phone / email)
System of measurement - system of measurement, metric by default
Jm - unit of measurement when entering dimensions of slopes / objects; selectable mm or cmm for the metric system and inches for the imperial system
Grid pull - value in mm which defines the support for determining the position of a point on the drawing.
Language - language location of the system user interface and printouts
Default currency - currency on offer,
Offer autosave - with what frequency the programme automatically saves the prepared offer. Applies only to offers that have been pre-saved with the offer name.
Offer valid[days] - information on how long the offer is valid from the moment it is made.
Default VAT rate - default VAT rate on offer
