Optimisation - Trapezoidal sheets and panels
On the tab dedicated to the product Trapezoidal sheets and panels, it is possible to adapt the following optimisation parameters:
(1) Mounting method -. * from the largest - when the length of a slope exceeds the maximum panel length, the first panel will be applied with the maximum length, the remaining panel will be cut to the end of the slope * proportionally - when the length of the slope exceeds the maximum panel length, the lengths of the applied panels will be proportional * by dividing line - the number and length of panels is determined by the dividing line. Dividing line
(2) Mounting direction - vertically or horizontally, determines how the panels are laid out. (3) Assembly - determines whether the panels are installed on the left or right side of the slope. (4) Non-standard laying - allows to centre the panels on the slope or set a non-standard layout. (5) Rounding - in mm, specifies how to round off the length of the panels. (6) Start edge - in mm, specifies the panel overhang from the bottom, value can be negative (7) overlap - defines the vertical overlap of the panels in mm (when joining two panels with the shorter edge). A negative value indicates an expansion joint. (8) Attachment - specifies, in mm, the amplitude of joining of alternate panels, joining of sheets in even and odd strips is differentiated by this parameter
After changing the parameters, remember to decide whether the change affects only one slope (in the screenshot Slope1) or all slopes and select the Optimize button to recalculate.
