# Subscription registration

In order to register your annual subscription, you must have a registration code (e.g. received as a result of a subscription order)

To do this, you need to log into the system (if you have not already logged into the system, you must first create an account User registration

After logging in, click on your own email address in the orange box in the menu

and select Account. Below the account settings is the Activate Subscription button.

Once clicked, paste in the registration code you received and select the Send button.

If the code is correct, the registration success message will appear

# Causes of errors during subscription activation

  • Code is invalid** - may not have been copied and pasted in full
  • Code is expired** - the code was already registered more than a year ago and the one-year subscription period has expired
  • Code has already been used** - another user has already registered with this code
  • User still has a valid subscription with this organisation - the system prevents more than one subscription for the organisation being assigned to a user. To renew your subscription with a new registration code, please wait until your current subscription has expired.
